I officially have turned the page on my 18 year dental career. It was a great run. I met some of the best people in the field. It took some soul searching but my mental health took a hit the last 2 years. The stress and constant anxiety was exhausting. If I was going to start over, I was going to go in a different direction. I’m not getting any younger and dentistry is hard. It’s hard on your mind and your body.

I never in a million years thought I’d be remotely interested in health/life insurance. Snooze fest, and I was meant for something more. My drive is fueled by the thought of making a difference in the lives of others. How would insurance provide that?
I truly believe in God winks and this was definitely one. I had a friend reach out to me and after chatting with her for a few minutes, I knew. I knew I could help educate people on their options. Options that they may not know exist. Save them money and give them piece of mind.

We live in a world of Go Fund me fundraisers. So many families unprepared for tragedy. Chances are they had no idea how affordable life insurance is. For less than a couple of pizzas you can buy a year of piece of mind. Grief is earth shattering enough without the thought of paying for a funeral or trying to stay above water while you take time to grieve.

My schedule is very flexible and will allow me to be in the field and interacting with people. We all know that is my element. My kids and husband have enjoyed having me home. I’m determined to find the happy medium.
